Job Profile - District Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned clients in District & Mandal's areas to build strong relationships and maintain regular communication.

Carry out the end-to-end onboarding process for participation in the Project, including document collection, verification, and registration.

Explain Project details, benefits, and processes clearly to clients and resolve their queries.

Coordinate with the central office team for scheduling, data updates, and follow-ups.

Ensure timely collection of required information and submission of reports.

Assist in promotion activities at the local level to boost participation.

Support in execution of Project-related logistics and represent Reseal.in at client meetings.

Maintain records of daily visits, client feedback, and completion status.

Uphold professionalism and ensure smooth communication between clients and Reseal.in.

Will I have to travel to other districts?

Yes, but only for official travel expenses covered by the company. Petrol allowance of ₹2,000 monthly is provided. Plus, you will mostly work within your own district’s nearby areas.

How is the job security? What is the contract duration?

The initial contract is for 6 months. If performance is good, an extension is given. 94% of employees get contract renewal in the following year.

When is the salary paid? What is the payment process?

Salary is transferred via direct bank transfer on the 10th of every month. There are no delays. Allowances are also included with the salary.

Can freshers apply?

Yes, 40% of positions are reserved for freshers. Complete training is provided. Good communication skills and willingness to learn are required.
